These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cosmacure website at cosmacure.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products and services from Medical Skincare Developments (UK) Limited, trading as Cosmacure ("Cosmacure", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Medical Skincare Developments (UK) Limited is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered trading name is Cosmacure. For all trade and partnership enquiries, please contact us at partners@cosmacure.com.

2. Professional Trade Only

Cosmacure operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. Our products are sold solely to:

• Registered medical professionals (including doctors, nurses, and dentists)
• Qualified aesthetic practitioners holding recognised industry certifications
• Licensed aesthetic clinics and professional skincare businesses

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified professional operating in a commercial clinical capacity. Cosmacure reserves the right to verify credentials and decline or cancel any order where this requirement is not met. Our products are not intended for personal or consumer use.

3. Account Registration & Approval

Access to trade pricing and the ability to place orders requires an approved Cosmacure Partner account. Account applications are reviewed by our team and approval is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke account access at any time, including where we have reason to believe that a customer does not meet our professional eligibility criteria.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Please notify us immediately at partners@cosmacure.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied at the applicable rate at checkout. Prices are shown in GBP and are subject to change without notice, though any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed only upon our written or electronic confirmation of your order.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Site. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we accept no liability for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.

Free next-day delivery is offered on qualifying stock orders over £100 within the United Kingdom, subject to availability. Delivery terms for orders to Ireland and other territories will be confirmed at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

As a B2B supplier, consumer distance-selling regulations do not apply to your purchases. Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

• Products are received damaged or defective
• An incorrect item has been dispatched
• Products are outside their stated shelf life upon delivery

All return requests must be submitted to partners@cosmacure.com within 7 days of receipt, including photographic evidence where applicable. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria. Cosmacure does not accept returns of opened or used products unless they are demonstrably defective.

7. Product Use & Professional Responsibility

Cosmacure products are designed for use by trained aesthetic professionals as part of clinical treatment protocols. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that products are used in accordance with provided protocols, relevant professional guidelines, and applicable regulations.

You must not supply or resell Cosmacure products to end consumers unless you are a registered clinic operating within your professional scope. Resale of products outside of clinical use is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Cosmacure provides clinical protocols as guidance only. We accept no liability for any adverse outcomes resulting from the misapplication of products or protocols.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, protocols, branding, and product information, is the intellectual property of Medical Skincare Developments (UK) Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission, except as necessary for your internal business purposes as an approved partner.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmacure's total liability to you in connection with any order or these Terms shall not exceed the value of the relevant order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy & Data

We process your personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site. By using the Site and placing orders, you consent to such processing. We use your data solely to manage your account, process orders, and communicate relevant clinical and product updates.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order will apply to that order. We will notify approved partners of material changes by email where reasonably practicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
