Shipping Policy
Cosmacure ships exclusively to approved clinic partners and registered aesthetic professionals within the United Kingdom and Ireland. All orders are fulfilled from our UK distribution centre.
Option 01
Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day and delivered by the next working day via DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.
- Fully tracked, signature required on delivery
- Real-time tracking notifications via SMS and email
- Available Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends dispatch the next working day
Delivery pricing applied at checkout based on order value and location.
Option 02
Standard Delivery — DPD
Standard tracked delivery via DPD, arriving within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Ideal for regular restocking orders that don't require overnight delivery.
- Fully tracked with DPD's live tracking portal
- 1-hour delivery window notifications on the day
- Safe place and neighbour delivery options available
- Available to all UK and Ireland clinic addresses

Option 03
Local Delivery
Complimentary local delivery is available for clinic partners located within our designated local delivery zones. Delivered directly by our team on scheduled routes — no courier, no delays.
- Available to qualifying clinic partners by postcode
- Delivered on scheduled weekly routes
- Contact your account manager to confirm local delivery eligibility
- Same-day or next-day options may be available on request

General Shipping Notes
- All orders are subject to account approval and available stock
- Orders are only dispatched to registered clinic and practitioner addresses — not residential addresses
- In the unlikely event of a delay or issue, your account manager will contact you directly
- Cosmacure is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once dispatched
