Partner Protocols
Cosmacure Clinical Protocols — For Approved Clinic Partners
Two products. Two clinical objectives. One system. This guide shows where the Cosmacure masks fit inside real treatment packages — how to choose the lead mask, how to sequence the days after, and how the strongest-performing partner clinics structure aftercare.
The Post-Treatment Treatment
The most effective way partners position Cosmacure to clients is as a combination treatment — a duo. The client doesn't book microneedling with aftercare; they book “Microneedling + Cosmacure Recovery Protocol”: one treatment journey with an in-clinic phase and a scheduled 24/48-hour home phase.
This does three things at once: the menu sells a complete journey rather than a procedure; the price reflects two treatments, not one plus an extra; and the client experiences the days after treatment as part of what they bought — which is exactly when outcomes are decided.
Choosing the Lead Mask
Select by clinical objective, not by procedure alone. Either mask may lead where clinically appropriate.
Objective: Recovery
XT73 Restorative leads — applied within 5 minutes of treatment
Sensitive skin, compromised barrier, higher-disruption procedures, all Fitzpatrick classifications. Barrier stabilisation, TEWL reduction and anti-inflammatory cascade modulation while the client is still with you.
Objective: Rejuvenation
HPT78 Firming leads — applied immediately, while access is at its maximum
For suitable candidates. Directly after microneedling, the open microchannels give the peptide and growth-factor complex — Matrixyl 3000, EGF — maximum access to the dermal level, where remodelling actually happens. The bio-cellulose substrate naturally soothes residual heat while the actives work. Candidacy assessment is required.
Worked Example: A Premium Rejuvenation Package
How partner clinics structure a flagship anti-ageing treatment:
1 · Microneedling — e.g. SkinPen, at treatment depth. Controlled micro-injury opens the delivery window.
2 · Infusion serum — e.g. AnteAGE exosome serum, delivered immediately into the open microchannels.
3 · HPT78 Firming Mask — immediately, in clinic — stimulate at the moment of maximum access. 20–30 minutes on the bed; the client leaves calm, cool and visibly lifted.
4 · XT73 Restorative Mask — at 24 hours, at home — the days after belong to repair. The anti-inflammatory complex nurtures the barrier as it rebuilds.
5 · XT73 Restorative Mask — at 48 hours, at home — completing the structured recovery window.
The pattern works with any quality needling device and infusion serum — the protocol is the structure, not the brands. The client leaves with two masks in their bag and a written aftercare schedule: the treatment doesn't end at the door, and the package price should reflect that.
Standard Menu Patterns
Needling · Medium-Depth Peels — rejuvenation objective
HPT78 immediately (suitable candidates) → XT73 at 24h → XT73 at 48h.
High-Disruption · Sensitive Skin · Compromised Barrier — recovery objective
XT73 immediately → XT73 at 24h → XT73 at 48h. For intensive procedures, the three-mask course supports the skin continuously through recovery. HPT78 may be introduced at 24–72h once the barrier has stabilised, where firming amplification is also an objective.
RF · HIFU · Microcurrent — rejuvenation objective
HPT78 immediately — naturally soothing on post-RF and post-HIFU skin, delivering the active payload while calming residual heat → XT73 at 24h where additional barrier support is indicated.
Structuring Aftercare (and Why It Pays)
The in-clinic finish. Build the mask into your premium treatment price as the finishing step — not an optional extra. Refrigerate the mask for 30 minutes before application: the cooling moment on freshly treated skin is what clients describe to their friends.
Structured home aftercare. Retail a box of five as the client's written recovery plan — the 24-hour and 48-hour masks from the protocol, plus maintenance between visits. Aftercare compliance improves, outcomes photograph better, and rebooking conversations get easier.
Application Essentials
1. Complete the procedure. Cleanse. Confirm candidacy where HPT78 leads.
2. Apply the mask within 5 minutes of treatment completion — face and neck as a single zone.
3. Leave in place 20–30 minutes.
4. Remove; press remaining serum into the skin. Do not rinse.
5. Follow with moisturiser and SPF.
